I am a programming student and as my username suggests primarily run Linux. I also know Visual Basic, C, Python and JavaScript and C# up to 4.0 . Hoping to gradually increase my knowledge of the language and be more comfortable using it.

Very cool! I am a .Net Developer but I also came from the Linux world. Spent the first half of my career doing Linux, bash, php, C, python etc before making the jump to Windows. Never really got out of Linux tho, and that's why I'm so excited about .Net Core. One of my favorite languages on my favorite platform. It's great.
